Welcome to Funky Monkey Photography! We specialize in custom newborn, baby, children and family photography. Custom means each session is tailored to our clients needs, scheduled and planned in advance. You get to choose your session length, location and more. We like to meet and get to know each one of our clients and hope to continue in the future. Justyna Nielsen, the photographer, enjoys getting to know each child and drawing out their unique personality. She also uses her art and creativity to make each experience very special. You’re invited to an experience of fun and interaction, where children just play and are never asked to fake smile. Our photographer will capture your family’s interaction and the unique relationships you share.
What’s included
LivingSocial Portrait Photography Session includes:
- 30-minute photography session on a weekday (Tuesday-Friday available). Weekends $25 upgrade fee.
- In our studio or $25 extra for Dane county location, extra beyond.
- Up to 3 family members. Additional $25 each person.
- Online gallery with 15 images available for 1 week. Once gallery expires, additional week of online gallery is $50.
- Download of 3 Digital Images, printable to size 8×10″ for your personal use and printing. Additional products and prints available during the gallery.

Length of session
Session time included with your voucher is 30 minutes but can be extended. For family and newborn sessions, we recommend extending to a 60 minute session to allow for a variety of expressions, individual and group portraits. Additional 30 minutes can be added at $25. Your session time can also be extended if you add more family members ($25 each person beyond 2 included).
Location
Your voucher includes a photography session in our studio located at 203 S. Paterson St, Suite 300, Madison, WI 53703. You can choose to hold the session in your home for $25 if you live in the Madison area (or Dane County). Travel beyond Dane County is available, please inquire for a quote. We specialize in outdoor sessions and often photograph families in local public parks or other locations of choosing.
Products
Included in your deal are 3 Digital Images, printable up to size 8×10″, for personal use such as making prints, cards and other. Full size images are available for purchase on a disc, as well as prints in all sizes and other products. We carry a full range of wall portraits and canvases, greeting cards, gift prints, albums and more. Prices start at $25 for a Gift Size Print (8×10″, 5×7″, 4×6″) or a Gift Size Digital Image (printable by you up to size 8×10). Wall size prints start at $95.
Process
First, please schedule your session using the link below. You will receive a reminder before your session with a few tips on how to prepare. Please arrive on time for your session but don’t feel pressured to be there early. About a week after your session date, you will be emailed a link with access to your private password-protected online gallery to view your digital “proofs”. Proofs are viewable online for 7 days. You can order the 3 digital images included in your voucher deal from the online gallery as well as any other products and prints. Your digital images will be downloadable online so you can save them to your computer or a disc and print at a lab of your choice. You can also request for us to send you a DVD with the images for a small surcharge if you prefer. Any prints ordered will be shipped to you within 3-4 weeks of order payment.

Scheduling
We recommend scheduling in advance to make sure availability on your preferred dates.
LivingSocial voucher includes weekday sessions only that are offered Tuesday through Friday, both morning and afternoon available, subject to availability. Saturdays are available at $25 upgrade fee.
Once you schedule your session using the link below, a confirmation will be emailed to you with the selected time and date and a few session reminders.
Both morning and afternoon sessions are available. For babies and small children, we recommend morning time when they are most likely to be in a good disposition. For outdoor sessions, either early morning or late afternoon times are the best for optimal light. Please note: Your Voucher expires 8/31/2012. Please schedule your session in advance of this date to make sure availability in our calendar.
