What does the LivingSocial Voucher include?

2012 LivingSocial Portrait Photography Session includes:
- 30-minute photography session on a weekday (Tuesday-Friday available). Saturdays $25 upgrade fee.
- In our studio or $25 extra for Dane county location, extra beyond.
- Up to 3 family members. Additional $25 each person.
- Online gallery with 15 images available for 1 week. Once gallery expires, additional week of online gallery is $50.
- Download of 3 Digital Images, printable to size 8×10″ for your personal use and printing. Additional products and prints available during the gallery.

EXPIRES 8/31/2012. This offer cannot be combined with any other promotions, referral rewards or coupons.

What days are sessions available? Can I schedule for a weekend?

LivingSocial voucher includes weekday sessions only that are offered Tuesday through Friday, both morning and afternoon available, subject to availability. Saturdays are available at $25 upgrade fee.

What time can I schedule the session for?

Both morning and afternoon sessions are available. For babies and small children, we recommend morning time when they are most likely to be in a good disposition. For outdoor sessions, either early morning or late afternoon times are the best for optimal light.

How long is the session? Can I extend the time of the session?

Session time included with your voucher is 30 minutes but it can be extended. For family and newborn photography sessions, we recommend extending to a 60 minutes to allow for a variety of expressions, individual and group portraits. Additional 30 minutes can be added at $25. Your session time can also be extended if you add more family members ($25 each person beyond 3 included).

When does the voucher expire?

Vouchers expire 8/31/2012 which means that is the last day available for scheduling your session. Please contact us before that date to make sure availability. August will be busy with sessions because statistics show a lot of clients wait until last month, which means we may not have your preferred date available if you wait until then.

Where do I come for the photo session? Can we schedule for outside?

Your voucher includes a photography session in our studio located at 203 S. Paterson St, Suite 300, Madison, WI 53703 (studio open by appointment only, please schedule ahead).  You can choose to hold the session in your home for $25 if you live in the Madison area (or Dane County). Travel beyond Dane County is available, please inquire for a quote. We specialize in outdoor sessions and often photograph families in local public parks or other locations of choosing.

What if I need to reschedule?

Please provide us at least a 48-hour notice if possible and we’d be glad to reschedule once at no charge for the next available date. All rescheduled sessions subject to expiration date of 8/31/12. If you or your child are not feeling well the day of the session, please call as soon as possible to let us know. If no notice is provided, the session will be considered canceled by you and your investment non-refundable.

What are your prices and products? Do you offer prints? Do you offer Digital Files?

Included in your voucher are 3 Digital Images, printable up to size 8×10″, for personal use such as making prints, cards and other.   Full (large) size images are available for purchase on a disc as well. We offer prints in all sizes and other products. We carry a full range of wall portraits and canvases, greeting cards, gift prints, albums and more. Prices start at $25 for a Gift Size Print (8×10″, 5×7″, 4×6″) or a Gift Size Digital Image (printable by you up to size 8×10). Wall size prints start at $95.

How soon will I see the photographs taken?

About a week after your session date, you will be emailed a link with access to your private password-protected online gallery to view your digital proofs. Proofs are viewable online for 7 days. You can order the 3 digital images included in your voucher from the online gallery as well as any other products and prints. Your digital images will be downloadable online so you can save them to your computer or a disc and print at a lab of your choice.

How soon can I get the digital files and prints I order?

Any prints ordered will be shipped to you within 3-4 weeks of order payment.

When can I schedule my session?

We recommend scheduling in advance to make sure availability on your preferred dates.
