Brother and sister – Waunakee Park

I met up with a local family in Waunakee today. We changed last minute from a studio to a park session because the weather was just too nice to be indoors. Sunny yet breezy, perfect end of summer day. A creek near by, a couple of bridges and a playground near by, everything a kid may need to have fun. Their mom said that’s exactly the kind of experience she wanted for her kids, somewhere where they can feel free to be themselves and not have to sit still for portraits. I was glad they all had fun. So did I.  I especially enjoyed getting to know each of their unique personalities and observing their expressions. Here are a few expressions I captured that reveal a little bit about them.

BOY = wonder, freckles, messy bangs, gorgeous eyes, missing teeth, wiggler, fun, curious.

GIRL: happy, graceful, dancer, flowy blond hair, beautiful green and blue eyes.
